Same-day customization is not included. You are still required to drop your wig off 3-4 days ahead to avoid customization fees.

Cancellation Policy

Late fee ($20) - There is a 15 minute grace period. - After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled. (DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR CANCELLATIONS) ** You are allowed ONE reschedule valid up to 1 week starting from the canceled date . - No Call No show will be BLOCKED from future booking. - Anytime after , you will forfeit your deposit and will have to book a new appointment. Once you the leave the shop satisfied, no balance will be refunded unless I, (Stylist) is at fault.
