(Same day Customizations are not always a promise, please try to bring in advance.) DO NOT book appointment times 3/4 hours ahead of other appointments (mua,nails,lashes) . I REFUSE AND WILL NOT RUSH! A Refund will not be given‼️ ✼ Hair must also come WASHED and completely blow dried before your service. Failure to do so will leave an extra charge of ($50) at the end of your service. HAIR DROP OFF : (tuesday- saturday | 1pm-6pm ~ BUSINESS DAYS ONLY ( I DO NOT WORK SUNDAYS & MONDAYS ‼️)
Cancellation Policy
Late fee ($20) - There is a 15 minute grace period. - After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled. (DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR CANCELLATIONS) ** You are allowed ONE reschedule valid up to 1 week starting from the canceled date . - No Call No show will be BLOCKED from future booking. - Anytime after , you will forfeit your deposit and will have to book a new appointment. Once you the leave the shop satisfied, no balance will be refunded unless I, (Stylist) is at fault.
