This service includes a Wash, Deep condition , Blow out , Braid Down, Scalp Treatment, and proper Wig placement. ( PLEASE COME WITH HAIR COMBED/DETANGLED AND/OR IN 2 TO 4 PLAITS ) —————————— •This service includes WIG PLACEMENT / STYLING (Curled / Straight)——————————— If your wig need to be plucked AND/OR bleached , please drop off 3-4 BUSINESS days ahead of Appt. * If you bring the hair the day before , you will still be charged a same day ($30) fee . (Same day Customizations are not always a promise, please try to bring in advance.) Cancellation Policy
Late fee ($20) - There is a 15 minute grace period. - After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled. (DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR CANCELLATIONS) ** You are allowed ONE reschedule valid up to 1 week starting from the canceled date . - No Call No show will be BLOCKED from future booking. - Anytime after , you will forfeit your deposit and will have to book a new appointment. Once you the leave the shop satisfied, no balance will be refunded unless I, (Stylist) is at fault.
