Service Description
This service includes RETOUCH only ! ( I PROVIDE RETOUCHES ONLY ON MY PREVIOUS WORK) **I DO NOT PROVIDE RETOUCHES OVER ANOTHER STYLIST WORK** • Crimps $20 ADD ON • Freestyles $20 ADD ON ———————————— • FOR CLOSURES/FRONTALS The FRONT only will be removed and restored. Your hair must still be BRAIDED down from the previous install or the service will be charged as a WIG INSTALL. • Please try to remove Any Glue Adhesives by using Alcohol/ Conditioner/ Lace remover / HOT WATER ONLY . ————————————— • Retouch includes Styling of Straight / Curled ONLY . ANY OTHER STYLING will be charged an Additional $20 ( CRIMPS / FREESTYLE UPDOS ) ** PLEASE INCLUDE ANY ADDITIONAL STYLING IN NOTES WHEN BOOKING ⬆️) ✼ BEFORE/AFTER/OFF DAY business hours appointment fee ($50) . ✼ PLEASE be advised that wait times may occur (30-45 minutes) in case of late or backed up appointments. DO NOT book appointment times 3/4 hours ahead of other appointments (mua,nails,lashes) . I REFUSE AND WILL NOT RUSH! A Refund will not be given‼️ ✼ Hair must also come WASHED and completely blow dried before your service. Failure to do so will leave an extra charge of ($50) at the end of your service. HAIR DROP OFF : (tuesday- saturday | 1pm-6pm ~ BUSINESS DAYS ONLY ( I DO NOT WORK SUNDAYS & MONDAYS ‼️)
Cancellation Policy
Late fee ($20) - There is a 15 minute grace period. - After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled. (DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR CANCELLATIONS) ** You are allowed ONE reschedule valid up to 1 week starting from the canceled date . - No Call No show will be BLOCKED from future booking. - Anytime after , you will forfeit your deposit and will have to book a new appointment. Once you the leave the shop satisfied, no balance will be refunded unless I, (Stylist) is at fault.
